A Little Bit About Us!
We are a Community based organization in Whitaker, Pennsylvania. Founded by local residents wanting to improve our community. We encourage local residents to volunteer and join us to male a difference. Our volunteers manage & maintain our local Whitaker Park, Community Garden and provide several annual family events.
Volunteering goes a long way
Do you want change in your community? That only happens when you get involved in making it happen. We started our organization to bring people together to do just that. We formally started in 2011 and have implemented annual events, community day, the veteran flag program, a community garden, and maintain & manage the local park.
To continue to do these events & maintain as an organization, we need residents to get involved! We also can award community service hours to student & adults! So what would you like to help with? We are completely open organization and hope you choose to join us.
Start by attending our monthly meetings the 3rd Thursday of every month 7pm at the Whitaker Fire Hall 239 Church Street, Whitaker, PA 15120 (enter on the door with the ramp) See you there!

Until Whitaker Borough Building renovations are complete we will meet at WFD. All are welcome to attend.
